"I've used their service three times. The service they provide can't be beat. The first time I used them was after hurricane Irma when my pump head (I think that's what it was called) stopped working and the house started to flood. The septic water was not being sucked out the septic tank into the drain field causing sewage/water to build up and back up into our house. They came out the same day and figured out the problem and since the part I needed would not be available until the next day (Saturday) they pumped out the the septic tank given us the ability to use our water without it flooding for the night since by pumping out the septic tank it would have more space available to store waste. The next day they came out and installed a new pump. Everything worked perfectly thereafter. The second time they came out was because our water was backing up again which was about a year later. We were concerned since we just had the pump fixed. They came out the same day to access the problem; come to find out the switch to the pump had been accidently knocked into the off possition - probably by the lawn guys we hired. So he flipped back the switch and it started pumping and everything was well. We did feel a little silly. But everytime they respond to our calls we learn something new about having a septic tank. (By the way we are first time home buyers.) The next time they came out we had another leak which we later found out had nothing to do with the septic tank and the plumber who came out quickly isolated the problem. This time it was due to a leak in our shower from someone who had recently remolded our bathroom. They didn't even charge us the third time because they never had to dig which was a relief! So this time we got insurance involved and got our bathroom repaired, we needed a new shower pan liner, and now we are hopefully done with leaks. Ooh the joys of buying a new/old house. I am very grateful for Rooter One they are the best!!! I will always hire them for my plumbing needs and septic pump out. Love Love ❤️ their team."

"I have an Applliance Maintenance Agreement with Service America. My Disposal began leaking from its' base. I called for a repair service. Unfortunately,I had to wait a week for the service appointment. My appointment was on 8/14/15, between 8am-1pm. At 8am,  Anthony arrived. He inspected my unit, explained that it was rusted out, and said he had brought a replacement unit. As you can imagine, the installation under the sink is far from easy.He was so knowledgable and professional that he almost made it look easy, which it was not.The work went flawlessly, and was completed by 9am. I could not have been more impressed.

"Our technician, Dameyan Jackson, called the night before the day of service to let me know the time that he would be here to service our system. On Friday, he called to let me know that he was available to come earlier than scheduled, if I would like. He arrived shortly after the phone call, came in and quickly recognized that the pump had failed. He was very knowledgeable and professional. "My air conditioning has been acting up and I was going to hold off calling someone until after the holidays. Coincidentally I get a sales call from Amtek for a tune up and I ended up making an appointment for my a/c issue. Two days later in walks Willy from Philly and on time. Right out of the gate I had a good feeling about him. He came off as genuine guy that cared about the problem. He told me he got his engineering background as a Seabee and his hvac experience working on submarines and floating hospitals. So after really impressing me he took the time to explain my problem and put it on a 5th grade level which helped me get my head around it. We went over my options I chose which way to go and sent him on his way with a deposit in hand. Thanks to Willy from Philly my first experience with Amtek was really pretty good. The tech's will be here in two days to do the work. I'll see how that goes and either add more comments here or write a new review.

On 12/31 which was two days later as promised Steve (I think that was his name) shows up between 11 & 1 as scheduled. He starts off by telling me what he is here to do and gets right to work. A couple of hours later he comes in and checks the inside temperature on both zones, he went over the repairs one more time, asked me if I thought it was comfortable in the house I gave him to thumbs up and off he went. Not knowing that much about hvac I was told it would take a couple of hours and it did. The best part is that aside from the a/c working great you would not have known that someone tore apart the unit in the garage and put it in a new coil. The area looks just like it did before the work.

Not only is it nice and cool in the house, the larger unit that cools most of the house is once again running as quiet as it was the first day it was installed.

I have only good things to say about Amtek. I hope other then seasonal tuneups never to see these guys again. But if I have another problem I will be sure to call them."
