"I’m back again to write another stellar review for GAC. Last year they replaced our HVAC system; this year we circled back and had them install a home generator. This was a long and drawn out process due to the various approvals needed from Montgomery County as well as coordination with Washington Gas (which ended up not just being a simple sign off but necessitating an additional, expensive upgrade to the gas line from the street to our home). "I called a few HVAC companies on a Saturday morning, due to my A/C only blowing cool to warm air. After speaking with a couple of other companies that advertised as providing 24/7 service, Blue Dot was the only company that would come out on that Saturday. The technician that came out was named Dwight ("DJ"). DJ was exceptional! He took the time to explain what he was doing and why it was necessary. He also provided tips on how to maintain the a/c unit to keep it running efficiently. He was courteous, professional, and patient with answering my questions with a positive attitude. He repaired the unit during the visit. DJ turned a stressful situation (worrying about the possible repair) into a smooth and reassuring experience with his expertise and positive attitude."

Decided to replace both at the same time. They came out on a Monday and gave us an estimate and came out on Thursday and Friday to do the work. They totally cleaned up after themselves and made sure everything was working properly. Then they called a few days later to see that everything was working well. I highly recommend this company.
