"We are repeat clients of Mr. Appliance of Sewell. This was a separate appliance (clothes washer) but we were fortunate to have the same technician, Tomasz, who greatly helped with our refrigerator early this past year. A true gentleman and extremely knowledgeable technician, Tomasz was able to get our washer functioning again but also provided us a genuine assessment that we should start to think about replacing it due to age and progressive repairs that he sees coming. Thank you for another outstanding customer experience!"

"Clothes washer was repaired to my satisfaction."

"Bill is a consummate pro. The work was done fast, the quote was spot on and I my dryer was repaired faster than I expected. I'm using Acute Appliance Repair whenever I need fast, reliable and well-priced work done at my house."

"Bill was excellent when it came to our washer and dryer. He came the same day we called and even went out and got the exact parts we were missing to install them. He also came to the house on a Sunday when the dryer wasnâ t working. We appreciated the follow up calls from him to insure everything was working properly. Excellent customer service and will definitely be using him again!"

"I would highly recommend Premium's appliance repair services. They responded immediately to my request for service. After describing the problem (leaking refrigerator), the manager was able to quote a very fair price and set an appointment for first thing the next day. Meanwhile, he patiently explained what he believed to be the problem, and he advised what to do until a repairman came. The repairman was on time, professional and completed the repair within a little more than an hour of his arrival. He cleaned his worksite and assured me that the problem is solved. I am so relieved that it was not the disaster that I first believed, and that I hired an honest, efficient company to resolve my problem."

"Excellent service! The technician came and repaired my none heating dryer on the first visit. Would definitely contact him again if I have any further appliance issues."

"This pro provided useful information via a virtual (online) video consultation. Since this service does not send technicians to the home, they did not do the actual work. I am considering whether to order parts and try to complete the repair myself or under their virtual direction."

"Kenneth Wilson with K and K Industrials responded to my service request promptly, easily diagnosed the issue, and completed the repair quickly. I would definitely hire him again for appliance repairs."
