"It went well.  I believe they are an awesome company, easy to work with, very professional and competent.

They removed my old units, installed new ones, replaced some ductwork. They also ran PVC pipe instead of having the hose drain water from my furnace to floordrain.

They also installed humidifier.

They are great to explain what all they are doing, the benefits of your new units, and any way they can improve on the installation. You also get a 1 year maintenance contract with the new furnace and a/c.  I went ahead and purchased another 1/2 maintenance contract for remaining a/c check up in the Spring.  

They do a good job, are very professional and I will use them again.  In the past they installed a hot water heater.  They also previously did a little repair job on my piping.  I they also previously installed PVC pipe for the drain for my washer.

I am advising other people to not hesitate to use their services.
