I called this morning and the male in the service department said I had to pay $125.00 for them to fix the self, I thought it was a lifetime guarantee, he said just the material, not the labor and over a recorded line I ask so the labor is not good, he said correct. I like the shower but, the installation is not as it seems in the TV commercial. "

My specific request for this project was for real wood cabinets. However, the cabinets installed are made of fiberboard coated with white laminate. Furthermore, there is a visible reddish color showing through the material. I am very disappointed with the quality of the work, and it has been embarrassing to have visitors notice these defects. Given that the materials provided do not match what was requested, I am seeking a refund for half of the total amount paid. The total cost of the project was $21,848.00, making the requested refund amount $10,924.00."
