"They listened on the phone and repeated my explanation back to me perfectly the first time. That was nice. A very experienced friendly man listened to my story carefully and addressed the issue that stopped me from doing the repair myself. He cut out the broken (old chrome pipe) that led to the cast iron drain. He tried a wrench like I did, then stopped when it was obvious that would never work. Cut out the pipe without causing further damage. He then snaked it out, and we discussed how in the future this pipe should eventually be replaced. Then he expertly put it back together with new parts. Now I can plan long term solution while resuming my daily routine."

Called around 7:45am, dispatch called me back about an hour late to state someone would be out 10am or later... about 9:55am, Josh(I think that was his name?) and Allison were at my door and got to work. They outlined the steps they were going to take, provided me with options on how to proceed, and then after my acceptance, got to work. 3-hours and at a out-of-pocket cost of $236, both my toilet and sink drain are working perfectly. And as part of that time, they had someone with a camera inspect the sewer line to ensure there wasn't a larger underlying issue (there wasn't). I can't speak to the installation aspects of their business, nor can I speak to issues that aren't ultimately cleared-up with a powered snake and auger, but for me, it was absolute perfection!
