"Job done professionally and efficiently"

"Excellent. I called Ferris Plumbing on a Thursday afternoon and left a message. Matt returned my call the next morning. After I explained the problem, Matt said he would try to get to me that day (Friday), but he may not be able to. Meanwhile, he suggested not using that toilet. He called later that day and said he couldn't make it, but would be able to on Monday. He called me on Monday morning to confirm that he would be coming and gave me a estimated time of arrival. Matt wasn't able to come himself, but two of his plumbers arrived mid-morning. I explain all of this because Matt's communication was OUTSTANDING. I always knew the status and I knew he would be arriving as soon as he could. His two plumbers were also excellent and efficient. They replaced the toilet flange and gasket, and remounted the toilet without needing to disturb the downstairs ceiling. I should mention that the toilet is the original installation of 48 years ago. The original gasket was completely disintegrated to the point that only few small fragments of it were left. They were also very careful to protect the carpet just outside the bathroom by placing a drop cloth to protect it. Their service and work was EXCELLENT. We are considering remodeling that bathroom and Ferris Plumbing will certainly be our first choice to do the work. I highly recommend (Matt) Ferris Plumbing."

"I called to get our outdoor antifreeze valves replaced, and Andrew called me back right away. He was super helpful, taking the time to explain exactly what needed fixing and replacing everything at a fair price. Thanks, Andrew!"

"Dustin was excellent. Showed up on time and was extremely professional. He fixed what was broken, hooked up what needed to be hooked up and got my kitchen and shower running beautifully. He didn't try to upsell or convince me to replace things that didn't need fixing or replacing. I have definitely found my new plumber! Would strongly recommend."

"they responded quickly for a leaking dishwasher during the cold spell we had in early february. disconnected the dishwasher and i hired them to replace shut off valves in two locations, and he was able to do it right away. i plan on having them put a shower in a bathroom soon"

"Gage is as professional as they come! He works efficiently, his rates are great and he left the site clean, clearing out any debris lying around. I am actually having him back today to do some other plumbing for me. When you find a professional that works above and beyond you keep them knowing that all your future jobs will be handled thoroughly and correctly. In my opinion Gage is 2nd to none. He is a keeper!"
