"My technician arrived at 9:00 am and did not leave my home until 6:00 pm. He installed a new water heater, removed my old water heater and fixed a hot water leak under my home. HE ASSURED ME THAT HE WOULD NOT LEAVE UNTIL ALL THE WORK WAS COMPLETE. HE WAS ABSOLUTELY GREAT!!!!!!!!! After the work was complete he performed a complete clean up of his work area. I will need some electrical work done in the future and HARTS will also be doing that work. They are professional, on time, and extremely knowledgeable on the work they perform. THEY HAVE MADE ME A LOYAL CUSTOMER FOR LIFE."

"Jordan from JAC was a tremendous help and we could not be happier with our service. He responded very quickly to our call and was able to come out the very next day. We were having trouble with our water heater and he was able to diagnose the problem and help us explore our options. We ended up replacing the unit and Jordan was able to help us find the right unit for our needs. He installed the new heater quickly and cleanly and was able to take the old one away for us. He explained the settings on the new heater to us and was quick to respond to a call when we had a follow-up question. The heater has worked perfectly since and we are very glad we found Jordan. He will be our first call for any plumbing needs in the future. He was professional, knowledgeable, and a very pleasant person to deal with. "I found out my water heater was leaking the night before. I noticed water coming from my laundry room had made a puddle of water into the adjacent office space. I decided to wait till next morning because I knew emergency calls can be very expensive. Next morning I started calling around for someone to come out and look at it but was finding it very difficult to find someone to come out same day. I called 3 or 4 different places and they were all not available or Did not call me back. The only company that responded to me within the hour was JM Plumbing. They were also the only company that were willing to come out same day and gave me an awesome price that beat all competitors by far. The owner agreed to come out to do the work at end of day after his last job, he arrived on time with an assistant. Was very professional, friendly, fast and did an excellent job. Total time installing was about about an hour to hour and a half. He went to buy a new water heater and new hose to replace my old one, gave me all receipts and warranty paperwork . I am very satisfied with the work he did, the heater is working beautifully and I am very pleased with the job done by JM Plumbing. I highly recommend them over anyone in olympia, they do an awesome job for an awesome price!"

"Everything went well and smooth with their help. I got the proposal with all details at the same day when they came to do the estimate. Our old furnace was built on 1971, and it was in a closet next to the water heater tank. When one other company came to estimate, they wanted to cut a furnace size hole on the wall facing the hallway to fit the machine and we have to find a constructor or handy man to finish, like to build a door or make it look good, but G&S figured out an easy way, which is to turn the machine toward another direction and eventually only cut a vent on the wall. It took two days for all the installation, and they cleaned up when they left and everything looked clean and nice. They also listened to customers. We didn't want the heat pump to be right next to the stairs of our deck, so they chose a spot which was few feet away from the closest spot without any question. We appreciate for that, since the wind blows out from heat pump is kind of strong, and we feel comfortable with where it is at now. One thing I really like is they were on time, and they called around 30 minutes ahead before them showed up. They also take care all the paperwork for the PUD rebate, Costco 10% shop card, and city permits, and all we do is waiting their call to arrange the time."

From new water lines to fridge, kitchen sinks, garbage disposal, hot water tank with expansion pack, installing box/hook ups for our laundry room, toilet installs, etc and has been wonderful to work with as we had a hiccup that needed insurance to be involved.
