"The tech came and did the job I wanted and also fixed another problem that I asked him about. He did both jobs in a timely manner. The customer service was great also. Will definitely be using them again on other projects."

"Tucker came out to install a hot water heater. I called several plumbers and Tucker was the one who didn't try to scare us or try to overcharge us. One company even said we can't give you an estimate. They wanted to come out do the job THEN give me a price. Tucker was professional, came at the time he gave me and had my hot water heater installed and working within 2 hours. I highly recommend using him."

"Overall, a great experience. He was transparent, efficient, and kept me posted on the ETA for arrival and completion of the installation. He also explained the post-service steps to make sure I maintain the warranty. Definitely recommend."

"It was a lot of work my house is 61 years old and they change all the drainage all the new pipes for water and water from To be able to drink that water without this much worried put keys for my future dishwasher and put a house shut off next to my house for me easier to shut it off."

"Very professional and courteous. Fixed my clogged sink immediately."

"First impression was great: Tim picked up the phone right away, was available the same afternoon, called when he was on his way, and was overall very personable. Unfortunately, he didn't seem to actually want to do the work. He fixed the tub drain right away. Would barely look at the shower control issue and without even taking the front piece off to look, told me it would need to be replaced because the fixture was not a name brand. Did not tell me what would be involved, give me a quote, or express any interest in doing the work, just "Yep, that needs to be replaced. What else needs to be done?" So I showed him the toilet with a weak flush (water running into the bowl, had to hold handle down to flush completely). He tried flushing it a couple of times and told me I needed a new toilet because this one was "a piece of junk". I asked what was wrong with it and he said something vague about there probably being cracks in some unnamed part, and he'd have to take the tank off to repair it and by that time we may as well get a new toilet. Was there anything else I needed him to look at? I asked him to try to repair it and he went and got his snake (??? it was never clogged), snaked it, said it wasn't clogged and we needed a new one. I asked him what would happen if he replaced the flapper. He did and voila, it flushed without holding the handle down... A few minutes later he heard water running into the bowl again. He pulled out some other part and replaced that and like magic, that was fixed too. Before he left, I asked for a quote to replace the shower controls and he seemed reluctant to give me one. It wasn't an unreasonable number. I felt like he didn't want my business unless we wanted to remodel the whole bathroom. I'm not sure why I had to make a specific suggestion for how to fix my own toilet to get him to do it, unless he thought I was too dumb to know that it was a simple repair. I did appreciate that he charged me fairly for the work he did do. I appreciated that he was friendly and available the same day. But will I be calling him the next time I need a plumber? Sadly, no."

"We bought an older home, built in 1955, which needed a lot of plumbing work done: replace and repair old drain lines, install a commode, remove an old expansion tank in the crawlspace, new waterline for the toilet, install a new water heater, etc. They did an excellent job making repairs and trouble-shooting problems that we were having with our plumbing. They are knowledgeable, great with customer service, arrive on time and follow through until the job is done. I would hire them again without hesitation."

"Great service and very knowledgeable! My best friend recommended this company so that made me confident in utilizing their service. I'm so glad I did. Living Water Plumbing and Drain did a great job and even corrected a problem that another company created. I would definitely utilize the company again."

"Bookman Mechanical Services showed up on time and completed the work very well."
