So, I was really happy that the team at 1st and Goal Pest & Animal Control was on point to remove the nest and eliminate the Hornets from our backyard. Ant this was no small task as the nest was upwards of 30 feet hanging form a branch. They came up with an innovative approach using a long extension pole and swatting the nest off the branch. "Company was professional and came out, inspected and set traps for mice. Signed on for 60 day warranty to have follow up visits for routine inspection. Continued to call and state problem was not resolved and stated to individual who came out for follow on inspections. After several calls had another individual come out and inspect. Said we were likely dealing with squirrels and not mice. Said we should seal house and there was nothing further they could help with. Problem still is not resolved and working with new pest company to resolve the issue."
