Jeff answered and led me through very logical decision tree which led to them replacing my 50 gallon tank. I was very impressed with the information he provided regarding the various alternatives. He asked how the old water heater had performed, and If I was happy with its performance why would I want to change. Made sense to me. Their bid was quite fair, they came out and completed the installation when they said they would. Presto hot water and they hauled away the old water heater. They finished what seemed like a big job within the day, despite the install occurring in our cramped crawl space. Our house is now toasty warm again with a great new furnace and all the bells and whistles. "Eli, the owner, came out to diag the issue with our AC the same day. He worked fast and showed me the issues with the AC unit that came with the house we bought. The cheaper AC unit that came with the house had major coil leaks and needed to be replaced which he did a few days later when he returned with new upgraded York AC unit. Great experience with this company and highly recommend. Especially happy with the speed of service and repair since other companies were telling me it would be 2 to 3 weeks just to come out to diag.
