I called Mike the Plumber and the woman who answered advised that she couldn't get anyone to the house on that day, but would call around and see if she could find someone else who could take on an emergency repair. About 10 minutes later, she called back with the bad news that no one else was available, but that she could have one of her guys come out late afternoon. That worked for me and imagine my amazement when Tom showed up 15 minutes earlier than I was told he would arrive! Less than an hour later, the leak is fixed and I was thrilled.
