He was able to come out 2 days after I called (it wasn't an emergency) and asked me to text photos of my toilets in advance so he could bring the right parts, which he did. Inspected all 7 issues I wanted looked at, explained that 2 didn't need fixing, 1 couldn't really be fixed without a bigger reconfiguration I wasn't ready to do at the time, and fixed my remaining 4 issues quickly and easily. I appreciated his honesty about what did or didn't need a repair, and everything has continued to work well since he left."

Shawn Douglas plumber installed the new frost free exterior faucet that was twelve inches long and inside my house installed a shut off valve; furthermore, the plumbing code recommended. He neatly cut a small square box in the panel in the Den to find the pipe. After he found the pipe he installed a shut off valve for the frost free exterior faucet. His measurement was exactly correct to find the hidden pipe behind the outdoor wall. He explained that the exterior faucet should have a separate shut off valve. He had great rapport with the customer that is me and I was impressed that he used a lever to balance the frost free exterior faucet. I do not about any customer that was not satisfied with his work but he receive a five star rating for this job."

"Miracle Method did a great job resurfacing the floor, the bathtub and surround, and the shower and surround. Everything looks new. They even cleaned our existing shower doors to look new. They removed the toilets to resurface the floor and placed new wax rings when they replaced the toilets. The only negative part of the resurfacing process was the smell of the chemicals they use. We had to open a lot of windows to vent the odor."
