"Water Heater Masters were top-notch! I called on a Saturday afternoon - they were available 9am Sunday morning to come and inspect and quote. They only had one guy working that day, but scheduled me for Monday morning between 8 and 9. At 8:15am I got a call with an ETA of 8:45, which was a really nice touch! Despite telling me it would take an entire day to install, they were done by 1pm. They also found some creative ways to do the install to avoid drilling through my stucco (for the exhaust vent and for the condensate run-off). Very professional and clean-looking install. These guys may not always be the cheapest around, and they recommended a top-of-the-line heater (which is what I really wanted anyway), but I'd much rather pay a little extra for that level of service and support. Thank you!"

"Muhamed did a great job. He was friendly and professional and educated me on my water heater. I will definitely hire him again."

"The Speed and the service was amazing. not only did he help us Pick out the Best toilet online prier to the job. he made sure it would be the best that would fit our needs, being im disabled . we picked up the toilet from the Local Loews store and Emerson was nice enough to take it out of the truck for us and install it. in a flash. the price was right, he is not over priced like other service men. he is VERY reasonable! don't let the lower cost fool you he is worth every dime. already recorded to family and friends!"

"We are incredibly grateful to Pedro Galvan and his team for stepping in during a moment of urgent need. When our hot water system suddenly failed, leaving us without hot water for daily essentials, Pedro responded with a level of professionalism, clarity, and compassion that is truly rare. From the very first call, Pedro was attentive, transparent about pricing, and committed to solving the problem quickly. He provided us with the most cost-effective and honest quote out of several we obtained—and, even more importantly, was able to come almost immediately when others could not. His workmanship was precise, efficient, and tidy. It was clear we were in the hands of someone who genuinely takes pride in his craft. We recommend him without hesitation to anyone needing plumbing services."

"He not only came, but came earlier than projected.I really needed that as,others would not even return the call. He quickly replaced what wss broken. I was surprised he had all that was needed to make the repair,he came extremely prepared. I would recommend him for an emergency light repair. My water was running at an extreme pace and I could not turn off the water. The only reason I did not give all 5 stars was he was a bit pricy."
