"Extremely well.  I called Jason the night before in a panic as my well laid plans to empty my old hot water heater....well, let's just say they went very badly as the cheap plastic turn knob broke off the tank.  Don't ask, let's just say that I was given very wrong instructions by the GE representative, and even after I questioned their instructions, they still insisted.  Never the less, I had no hot water that night but Jason & his assistant, Adam, went out of their way to fit me into their schedule for the very next day (on a Friday) so I'd be able to have hot water again asap.  They took the old hot water heater out, then went to Home Depot to get me a new and much improved upgraded Rheem hot water heater, along with new "heavy duty" flexible hot water hoses, and took great care to make sure everything was working correctly, including making sure my vent pipe was venting as expected.  Jason then helped me get my old hot water heater back into Home Depot, since it was still covered under a full warranty, of which they then gave me a full refund (as I had all of the paperwork), so that helped tremendously in being able to apply this money towards the costs of my new hot water heater.  In my 19 years of working and remodeling my home, I have hired A LOT of contractors....so let me just say that Jason will now be my "go to" licensed plumber for all things involving water.  :)        "

"Service went very well. Dan called approximately one hour before his arrival to let us know his ETA. Upon arrival, we discussed the issue and he inspected our inside and outside unit. He was able to diagnose the issue fairly quickly and went to work on fixing it. He explained the repairs before completing, including the cost. He also left us with recommendations for the future.
