"We called rapid repairs about our broken water heater.  Elly came over and quoted us a price that was very reasonable compared to other plumbers we called.  After we agreed on the price, Elly went to work.  By that afternoon we had wonderful hot water again."

"Russ did an excellent job. He knew right away what the problem was and was able to replace the starter on the spot. Very professional and knowledgeable. I would definitely use again and recommend to others."

"Anthony Gandolfo gave a very reasonable quote for our bathroom remodel.  He laid out plans clearly and gave us day-to-day updates throughout the process.  The job took a little longer than expected--3.5 weeks as opposed to 2.5 weeks, however there were unexpected delays.
Anthony does beautiful tile work!!  Please be sure that he is the one on the team that does this part of the job, as he is meticulous. He doesn't mind you pointing out any little detail that might need more attention.  The only major problem during the job was a leak that was discovered in a heating line after the ceiling had already been sheet rocked.  Anthony addressed the issue quickly and his plumber was came to the house later that day to eventually fix the issue.
Both bathrooms turned out great!  There was an unresolved plumbing issue in the main bathroom (the shower runs ever so slightly while running a bath), however overall we are very satisfied with how it turned out.  My family would definitely consider hiring Gandolfo Contracting again in the future.

"We were happy with the job"

"Pipe it Up Plumbing did very good work. They stopped the flooding in my basement by cutting out and replacing two sections of a broken, corroded pipe. They swept up as they worked and left the place neat and clean. They showed thoroughness by following up the next day to ensure that everything was still dry,"

"We were most impressed with Mark's efficiency, expertise and the ease with which he explained how the problem occurred, our options, and how to maintain an optimal system going forward. He also let us know we could call him anytime with any issue or question. We don't remember the last time we got such excellent service and recommend him highly!"

"Frank Tedeschi and his men did an amazing job. The buffet had sustained substantial damage, both to the interior (drawer and frame crushed by an unsecured heavy shelf board) and the exterior (multiple scratches and dents, and two drawer faces that required replacing). Frank went to a great deal of trouble to match the wood that needed replacing, and the repaired and refinished piece looks as if it had never been damaged in the first place. We are more than delighted with the result! Frank and his crew had previously done a great job stripping and refinishing a large mid-century book/display shelf for us."

"George and his team did a four story gut renovation for us in Brooklyn. His team did an amazing and wonderful job. The project was done quickly upon the agreed time frame. His workers arrived early everyday and worked on Saturdays and Holidays. The work consisted of new interior staircases, window, doors , flooring, electrical, plumbing, three new bathrooms, two kitchens, full basement. Give Picasso Expert Renovations a phone call. You won't regret it. I highly recommend them."

"I asked Master to give me a repair on bathroom plumbing repairs. They gave me a reasonable quote and based on their advice, I decided to just do a total bathroom renovation. I didn't use Master but they were very professional and knowledgeable."

"Really well. When I called for the appointment the woman who answered the phone was pleasant and helpful and got me an appointment the next day. One of the pipes installed during renovation less than a year ago was too short. Graham and Calvin repaired that and snaked out the pipes removing a clog from years ago in the older pipes. They left everything as clean as when they began. They were on time, courteous, and knowledgeable. They emailed me their pictures when they were on their way so that I would know who they were when they arrived. If I need help with a plumbing problem again, I will definitely call on them again."
