"World class service, knowledgeable, very good and all professional. Made the whole backyard with fence. The cellar came out very nice. The original features of the house was kept and added a modern style finished that matches with the original 1920 aesthetic. The kitchen turned out very great and the fireplace was kept and the brownstone. Optional deck was provided by the bay window. The lighting is very good. In addition to this, Zani Construction also completed another renovation at our second home. They did the recess lighting, floor, 3 full bathroom and the basement. Everything turned out very good and modern."

"I was looking for a contractor to renovate a 2BR rental property. After meeting with several contractors I had decided to go with HD Renovations. During the walkthrough BEFORE the work started, Dominick pointed out a few things and we came up with a plan for the project. Dominick and his crew showed up on time every day and worked non-stop until the project was completed. The work was excellent! When electrical and plumbing issues came up, Dom found a solution. He was a pleasure to work with. Always responsive to every question or idea. He had great suggestions along the way and really took pride in his work. The project lasted a month when others had taken 6-8weeks and stayed very close to budget even though I had made a few additions to the original proposal. As a landlord I have used many contractors over the years. HD Renovations were the best! I look forward to working with them in the future!"

"I initially had a great experience with this construction company, but things quickly went downhill. Communication became terrible, with incompetence and a complete lack of responsiveness. To make matters worse, they started subcontracting work to people who were clearly unqualified. The quality of work dropped drastically, and it became obvious that the subcontractors didnâ t know what they were doing. I expected a professional job but ended up with constant frustration, unprofessional behavior, and subpar results. I eventually had to stop them from continuing, as it was clear this project was beyond John and Sherry's capacity. They bit off more than they could chew. I would not recommend this company if you're looking for reliability and quality. For any interested parties, Iâ m more than willing to share the full story. As soon as the supplies arrived, Ekram’s team resumed the work right away and worked through cold winter days to complete the project. Ekram is responsive to our requests. The workers are also friendly and professional although they needed reminders to keep the work areas clean sometimes."

"I contacted Marcor Construction Roofing since first noticing water leaking in from the roof around the skylight area that Marcor installed on my house August 30, 2017. When we first noticed this leaking in 2019 (skylights were installed at the same time by Marcor), a worker named Fidencio from their company came and applied some tar around the roof and skylight to try and stop the water, this was not the proper way to stop the leak, told to us by other roofers recently who I called in for repair estimates. In January 2023 I was told to call Owen Cornings to deal with this continuing problem, I did and spoke to Brad a Owens Cornings Quality Team representative who set up a Claim he asked me to forward information needed to open it, but they asked for additional information from the installer, which I do not know was every supplied to date. In May of 2023 I was in touch with Marcors production manager Chris who told me that the ?2 year warranty? was expired and to fix it, $750."
