Get matched with top water heater installers and replacers in Buckner, KY

"They come once a year. We've got a life-long contract that they come once a year and do an inspection for us. They're very thorough. They offer suggestions. Well, they fixed it. It's fixed. They're very good at fixing the problem and it doesn't break. So, the quality of their work is very, very good. As I said, they offer suggestions. If they say that in the next year, you're going to have to look into replacing this faucet, and here's your options. It's nice to be presented with the options. And they're very knowledgeable, all of them, they're very knowledgeable for their business."

"He just look at the garage opener and then he adjusted the sensor or something like that and the garage door open by our garage remote more now when it didn’t before but we will probably hire them again when we decide to get a brand new garage opener mobility sooner or later"

"I had no input on which water heater they installed. The Lochinvar has a constantly flashing light, makes a lot of noise, and cost over $2,000, which none of my friends or family said was within reason."

"Ryan R. did an excellent job replacing my furnace and ac. He and his team arrived on time and went straight to work. They were professional and thorough. The job was completed in a timely manner. Once my new unit was installed and had been tested, he took the time to go over everything with me and answer all my questions. The new system looks great. It runs less than the old system and is much quieter. Everything is guaranteed for 10 years parts and labor included. I am really pleased with my purchase."

"I highly recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. They cam within a day of when I called, assessed and fixed one problem, installed a new water heater the same day, and returned the next day to install new pipes above the water heater. The plumbers were polite, professional, and explained clearly what they were doing. Pricing was very reasonable and I also have a yearly service contract. Office personnel were also friendly and knowledgeable. Will only use them from now on."

"Arrived on time , very courteous, cleaned up after themselves & most of all Shawn Frye Plumbing gave quality work for a fair price. Can't beat that type of service. Thank you HomeAdvisor for suggesting this company"

"They were prompt and performed the work quickly. This is my second time using them. First time was for HVAC service. I have since hired them to replace the electrical panel in my home. Again, complete professionals."
