"The workmen were efficient and courteous. They also didn't mind me asking questions or watching. I was intrigued by what they had to do. I have referred them to a friend. The teacher discount was a bonus!"

"Quick, thorough, and candid replacement of water heater."

"The gave me an early time window to show up and arrived early in that window. They had all the right equipment and supplies with them and set about the job quickly, finishing it just as I was finishing my lunch. When it turned out that the bathroom faucet needed replacing, they had a Moen replacement with them. Price seemed a bit on the steep side, but what price doesn't these days?"

"They installed the water heater promptly!!"

"Mark was at my house promptly the next morning after we spoke. I had a broken gas water heater and had multiple companies come out before him. They were all terribly expensive. More than I could afford. He was very kind and he replaced it within a few hours. My bill from him was hundreds less than the other prices quoted to me. He did a great job. I definitely recommend him!"
