"Discovered a small water leak on the homeowners side of the water meter. Logged onto Angie's List to find a reputable plumber and these guys were at the top of the list (plus, I see their commercials all the time). Everything went great! The people on the phone were friendly, the technicians were knowledgeable, friendly, and super responsive. The repair took maybe an hour to complete and they showed me their completed work. They replaced about a foot of line (rubber hose looking stuff) and the fittings on either end, to my untrained eye, appeared to be about $20 in parts. Here's the part that left a really bad taste in my mouth. This repair, that took only an hour and a few parts rang in at nearly $550!! When I asked why so much the technician told me that it's just the company's standard charge for this type of repair. And it's because of this alone, I am going to most likely look elsewhere for future services and repairs."
