Get matched with top water heater installers and replacers in Burlington, NC

"Within 15 minutes of contacting you and getting a list of 4 local contractors their office called. A plumber, Michael, arrived within an hour, on a Saturday! He assured me, my water heater did not need to be replaced, but another small tank did. He came back that same day and replaced that little tank, and brought in the part that was worn out, rusted and corroded to show me. He was pleasant, friendly, prompt and respectful. If I could rate this company higher than a 5 it would definitely deserve it. I'm sure I'll use them again and recommend them to my family and friends."

"Awesome guys! They came out right away and got my water heater running again in no time! The equipment was older, but they were very knowledgeable and figured out the problem quickly! Highly Recommend, I will definitely call them again if I have any other problems!"

"My 20 year old gas tank water heater needed replacing. They installed a new tankless water heater and removed the old tank. We are very happy with the results."

"They showed up on time and fixed my drain. They also used a camera to check the line and verify the clog wasn’t caused by an issue with my pipes. They were professional, knowledgeable and fairly priced. I would use them again and strongly recommend!"

"Highly recommended. I had a simple repair of a leaking kitchen sink faucet. I did not have the proper tools or expertise for the job. I was very satisfied with JD Service Now. The dispatcher was prompt and professional. They called me before the plumbing technician arrived with an ETA. The tech arrived on time and was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained everything before doing any work. He not only fixed the leak quickly but also made sure I know where and how to operate the water shut off, Checked the water pressure into the house and the pressure relief valve on the water heater. The rate was relatively reasonable for a 20 minute call; at least compared to estimates for the other 2 companies. I will keep this companies number in my phone contacts for future home repairs."
