"I'm very happy with the service I received from Edge Plumbing. I had an emergency with my plumbing and needed my drain cleaned out the night before a holiday. Travis responded almost immediately upon choosing him as one of the plumbing services near me. He came over that night, and then returned the next morning at 8 AM. Very prompt and communication was constant. He got my drains all cleaned out, but found a break in my line which needed to be repaired. He identified where the exact location of the break and was very helpful working with the excavator to get my line repaired. "Choosing 4-Ever Water Tite came after an exhaustive process of estimates and research.  Learning about foundation and/or water issues is difficult . . . finding the best way to fix the situation is daunting.  By the time I met Bob Gray from 4-Ever Water Tite, I had met with several (at least four) contractors for repairs.  Previous estimates played out something like buying a used car.  Bob was completely straightforward in our meeting.  I never got the feeling I was being "sold" something I didn't need.  
Because of the placement of large pipes in close proximity to the basement walls, extensive plumbing had to be reworked along with the waterproof job.  4-Ever Water Tite employs some of the best plumbers in the business.  I feel fortunate that they were the ones to do the plumbing here and will most definitely use them again when I rework my bathroom.  
A crumbling cement porch was removed and replaced with a wood version, much more sturdy and appealing.  The stone driveway was replaced with a proper concrete drive; sloped and graded to (finally) divert more water into the street instead of the ground around my house.  
The scope of work done by 4-Ever-Water-Tite is extensive.  I would highly recommend anyone needing waterproofing or any number of other jobs to be done to phone Bob Gray.  I've been through a lot with this project and I am appreciative of their time, professionalism, fair prices, and quality of work.

"I contacted Lombardo Restoration on May 15 to purchase an Angie's List Big Deal for $349 to repair and/or replace several electrical outlets in our home which I thought had been damaged as a result of a lightening strike during a recent electrical storm. Leonard arrived on time May 30 as scheduled. After inspecting the problem areas he determined that they could be corrected by resetting a GFCI outlet located in our basement storage area that had been hidden by a portable clothes closet. He offered to accept $50 for correcting the basement problem, $20 for replacing a damaged GFCI outlet in our garage, and refund our $349 Big Deal original purchase price. "Matt nicely completed a difficult project at our house - a shower to tub conversion that required moving a wall into an area that required specific creative framing to maintain code and appearance.  We had a couple others quote the job and propose solutions to our problem and we chose Matt because of his 1. Excellent AL reviews 2. Prompt, thorough and open communication through the estimation process and 3.  Confident background in framing.
Matt moved the wall, installed the tub, created a dramatic elliptical arch over the new tub alcove and tiled and painted.  Through the whole process he had excellent communication with us.  We had him estimate two other projects in our house before he left as we will hire him again this spring.
The only thing we wish went better was the length of time to start the project.  Let me be very clear here, Matt met the timeline expectations we had agreed on before starting.  It's like eating out at a good restaurant, you have to wait for a table (and if you didn't have to wait you might not be at a good restaurant).  It was about 2 months between estimation and start.
Definitely worth the wait as we'll be hiring him again!

"It went fantastically well, It did not take him long to find the problem and then solve it. He came in and look under the sink. Went under the house found the pipe shook it and said here is the problem. Hr removed a section of the pipe and found the stoppage removed it , repaired pipe and sink workes like new. "Of course the A/C quits on the afternoon of the 90+ degree day! Fan and compressor were not working, but indoor fan was, meaning either a capacitor or contractor issue in the outdoor unit. Called office 10 minutes before they were done for the day, but was able to confirm a repair appointment for first thing the next morning. Technician (Sean) was here at 8 am, and after a 2 minute discussion and check, confirmed that capacitor was the issue. Still under warranty from Bryant, so that was a plus, but I was surprised that there was a failure after only 3 years since last unit ( also a Bryant, nd installed by AC Engineers after house was built in 1997) never had a problem for the 17 years we had it until replaced with the higher efficiency unit. The interesting comment from the technician was that he would likely replace 5-6 more capacitors that day (!!!!!), not tied to any particular brand of unit, but more because all the manufacturers use the same capacitor from the same source, and "they literally don't build them like the used too". Rather illuminating - In addition to the capacitor fix, he did a full service check of the system. Excellent job, responsive and knowledgeable."
