"Jacob did a fantastic plumbing job and was very professional and completed the job in a very timely manner. He completely did what I asked him to do. "It was 17 degrees outside. I had called other heating companies in the area and was met with "We can't be there for a week or even 2 weeks". Empire State Heating & Air was here within a few hours. The technician (Steve) Was extremely knowledgeable and very professional. He had to hunt down a part that was not readily available due to the model of my furnace, and went the extra mile to do so. Once the part was located, it was installed and all was warm again within an hour. I highly recommend this company for fast, friendly and efficient service. I plan on using Empire State Heating & Air for all my future heating problems. Kudos to Steve. Awesome job!!"
