"I had called a different company, scheduled a pro to change the main spigot outside which was damaged & rusty. I made an appointment for 12pm-4pm and about 11pm the pro called and said he couldn't make it today & would I reschedule for Monday. I called his office and told the scheduler that he had called to try to reschedule & she offered to get another pro. I said "No, I will try another pro". I called Ragsdale and the pro came straight over, changed the pipe line from inside to outside, added a new spigot and was done in less than an hour. "Of the several things that broke (sewer clogged, refrigerator, ice maker, water dispenser) only half of one thing was covered. It takes days or weeks to find out if it is covered. The companies they send out are not the best. Some tried to sell me services I didn't need, the others took forever to get parts and return. After finding out the work wasn't covered, I found better companies, paid them out of pocket and had a much better outcome. I think the $300 I spend on the warranty would have been better spent on service companies that I judged as quality. I did not renew this warranty and would never buy it again."
