He was very integrity oriented when he gave us the broken parts he replaced, along with cleaning the area that he did the work in, as well as cleaning the whole machine up. We had it checked under warranty previously and that company was unable to fix it and suggested replacing a $700 part that was not covered by the warranty. He even showed me how to dismantle a shelf that had spills under the rim so I could clean it. All for the price of the service call. I have his card in case of any other appliance problems.
