"Chip and the team did a fantastic job on our master bathroom! We really liked the coach approach to the project! After a consultation and some measurements we had a shopping list and some guidelines. Chip would check in from time to time and was available to answer any questions we had during the purchasing phase. We also received a project worksheet that was updated weekly via email with a summary of the project's status during the work phase. The guys were great, all skilled and a pleasure to be around. Had to call repeatedly and Mr. Nichols finally came for first treatment for which I paid. Called repeatedly when time for second treatment but never received a callback. Totally irresponsible and non professional. Finally had to call another service company."
