"My water heater stopped working and I couldn't stop my toilet from running. Not a promising day ahead. I called Done Right Today in the morning and by 11:30 AM I had a new water heater and a repaired toilet. Ryan and Martin were prompt, professional, efficient, knowledgeable, neat and a pleasure to deal with. This is my third experience with this company and they do not disappoint."

"Project was install a new water heater. what a great group of service people. Pleasure to have in my house. Knew what to do, explained what they were doing so to educate me to make intelligent decisions on the work. Gave me heads up on any future problems they saw. "Upon submitting my request, Joe Georgini called me within 10 seconds. I was amazed at the response time. It was around 3pm on Satuday and we were without hot water. He was out within the hour and fixed our problem by dinner time, for a reasonable price. Highly recommended! Thanks Joe!"

"Found this company on Angie's List and am I happy we called them. We had been using another company and has a service contract with them, but they were always too busy to do anything. We called DiBiase in the morning and a technician was at our house in the afternoon exactly on time. The technician (Chris) was extremely professional, very thorough in explaining why things weren't working and provided us a few options. We chose to repair the unit as opposed to replace it. Chris ordered the parts and was back on site as soon as the parts arrived. The price charged was exactly what was quoted, the service was completed promptly, system tested, Chris explained everything he did and the unit is working perfectly! I highly recommend this company, we have since signed a service agreement with them that includes 2 a year tune-ups for both or our systems. Great company to deal with, professional, courteous, prompt at returning calls and very thorough!"
