"The first thing was the contractor, Dony, not only showed up on time but he arrived before the scheduled arrival time. I am an on time person so this was a plus for me. I had water building up in the water well which was falling into the basement like a waterfall. Plumber felt the drain may have been clogged. At first this seemed like a simple job, unclog the drain. Apparently the access area to the clog was too small. I thought I would be stuck with water clean up for a while. Dony went into the basement, and had to take down some of the drywall to try to locate the source of the water leak. He cut the pipe and voila, the clog was readily visible. The area was cleared, a test was run to make sure no more water was backing up. I was a happy camper. The next day there was again, water in the basement coming from a different source. I called Dony and he came over right away. He determined the cause of the leak and took the steps necessary to secure the leaky pipe. I would definitely use this company again. First of all the punctuality went a long way and perseverance to continue working until the problem areas were addressed."

"Called Doc and he answered the phone (no voice mail). He said, after delivery of dishwasher to inspect for damaged merchandise (sometimes he comes to install and finds product damaged). Gave price of $199.00. When delivery has been made and all is well, call him and he will schedule installation. Delivery was made on a Friday, called him on Saturday (again he answered his phone) and he came on Monday morning. There were no extra charges. Installation was done professionally and quickly. No more doing dishes by hand!"

On Friday, Aug. 1st,I noticed that my garbage disposal was leaking when I turned the water on.  I called Ed and he said he was going on vacation and one of his associates would be able to get to me on Monday.  I was disappointed because I was having guests over on Sat. and it was going to be difficult to prepare things with a leaking sink.

To my great surprise and relief, I rec'd a call from Ed Sat. morning asking me if I'd like him to come out and I, of course, said yes.  He was at my house 1/2 hour later and installed a garbage disposal that we purchased at Home Depot. The installation got a little more involved because the pipe was badly corroded and also needed to be replaced.

I greatly appreciated the fact that he squeezed in my job before departing for his vacation.

We've used him in the past for other jobs at our house and at my mother-in-law's house and I would highly recommend him.

"We could not be happier with the Puronics Hydronex iGen Whole home treatment system and Micromax 7000 drinking water system provided by Orbit Water Solutions. Justin, the marketing rep who sold us the system, was very professional and accommodating. Justin took about an hour to demonstrate a series of tests which reflected to quality of our water which had more chlorine and hardness than we expected. If you have concerns for lead, Orbit standard demonstration does test for it so you will need to have a separate test done. After some negotiation, we were able to settle on a deal which got us the system and financing for the next 10 years. Orbit provides annual maintenance services on the machine and there is a lifetime warranty on parts which really assured us we were making an investment to improve our water. The best part about it is that the system travels with you. For a small fee, Orbit will pack the system up and ship it to your next home if you move which was a big selling point for us. Orbit also threw in a subscription to PureSelects soap for the next 10 years which was a nice add-on. PureSelects provides every kind of soap or cleaning product you could ask for so it will be nice not to have to purchase additional soap products in the near future. Within a couple days, the installation team came out to install the system. They arrived on time but the installation took a little bit longer than expected. Turns out our the installed garbage disposal was too large to fit with the RO unit tank under the sink. Orbit was very accommodating though. Orbit purchased a new garbage disposal and installed it free of charge which I bet many companies would not have done. I highly recommend getting the larger of the under sink tanks for the RO unit. Even with the two gallon tank, my family has used up all the water in the tank. A 1 gallon tank would just not have been enough. The water in our house has been incredible since we installed the system a few months ago. We noticed an immediate impact to our skin and hair after using it and our drinking water certainly tastes better. Best of all, we feel confident in the quality of the water we use throughout the house to keep us safe and our appliances in good condition. We highly recommend the investment in the water treatment systems through Orbit."

"All work was done in a timely manner. Initial meeting covered color of countertop, backsplash and type of plumbing fixtures (sinks and faucets) for kitchen including wet bar. Next templates of existing kitchen was scheduled and made. After the countertop and backsplash were manufactured installation was scheduled and accomplished including plumbing in one day (over 8 hours). Work was done cleanly with no mess. Installers were very friendly and answered any questions I had regarding the work. The amount of countertop installed was over 50 square feet."
