"Went very well, only interruption was the rain. <br /> On the first day MNK owner showed up with the crew for the demolition gave instruction and the team of six guys went to work and in about 2.5 hours demo was completed. they then began laying new boards ( pressure treated) on the main deck, cleaned up and came back the next day and continued this process with three guys until done. <br /> this was not a small job and Mike Knox the owner checked several times a day on his crew, but they were so good that they did not need supervision Mike (In my opinion) was verifying everything was going to plan and design and they checking if they needed anything. <br /> <br />"

"Very professional company!  The employees were very courteous and worked hard.  The site was always buzzing with 6-8 employees on the job.  As in Scott's words they are here for a REASON, not a SEASON!  Project finished in ten days as promised.  If they saw something that they didn't like the looks of they took it down and did it again.  The work site was cleaned up daily.  Scott has an eye for design and made some suggestions to make the project look better.  We appreciate his hard work, dedication to detail and we love our new look on our 1980's house!  I would absolutely recommend K & B Construction for any kind of remodel or building new. <br />"

"When Rob arrived he introduced himself. He asked what problems we had with fireplace as we had fire alarms sound that's when we shut  fire place off. we had cleaned fire box and fire alarms came on again. Rob cleaned fire box & artificial logs. checked burner. He started the fireplace to see how fire came on. Rob adjusted the pilot until burner came on properly. Rob installed the artificial logs. the burner was restarted and let burn to make sure everything worked properly with no fire alarms sounding. We are very satisfied with his work and knowledge and Personalilty <br />"
