"Called, then came out the next day, at the agreed-upon time. Checked for signs of skunk, esp. under the deck, and reported no signs. Discussed prevention/proofing steps we could take. Offered to leave a trap, but warned that it could also get other animals, including neighbors' pets. Decided against that. Charged only for the 'service call.' "Ron from Ampest was our exterminator.  He arrived on time and performed a whole house inspection and inspected the attic for any rodents.  He determined that they had created a small hole in the eaves of the roof and set traps both on the roof as well as on the ground by the tree.  Over the next 5 days we caught about 6 squirrels (the mother and some of her babies)and even one chipmunk.  He arrived every morning to check the traps, replace them with new ones and take the squirrels to a forest preserve to release them unharmed..  After the service was ended, we cut down the tree by the house to prevent any squirrels or other wildlife from climbing on the roof. About a week later we heard some other noises in the attic and actually saw one squirrel on the roof so we called them out again.  He looked again in the attic to ensure they did not get in but were confined to the eaves.  He set more traps but was unable to catch any more squirrels.  We think they eventually jumped off the roof and we have never heard anything back in the next two weeks.  We are very pleased with their service, attention to detail and professionalism.  They answerde all of our questions and did not hesitate to return after the contract was over to set more traps and monitor. <br />"

"Ryan came at the appointed time & professionally explained the procedure and pricing. Performed an all-sides-of-house inspection to confirm only one animal access point. Secured several humane traps on roof near access. I chose to call Ryan each morning to report on the contents of the traps rather than have him make a daily trip. Caught 4 squirrels in 3 days. Traps were removed & access sealed up after 3 days of no further activity. Very professionally done. Definitely I would hire Animal Control Specialists again. Recommend them highly."
