"Fantastic! Very quick response on a Saturday. Tyrone was close by and quickly came over to evaluate whether or not this was a repair or a replacement for our Rheem tankless water heater. He was very kind and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, as I suspected, it was a replacement. Jeff the project called and we walked through our options and price with him. He was low pressure and very understanding. We decided after our research to schedule a replacement for Sunday morning. Les and Brandon arrived on time and were very nice and worked quickly. Overall it was a great experience and GREAT customer service! Les and Brandon were very helpful, knowledgeable and informative. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!"

"Exceeded my expectations. I have had them do major re-pipe job and this was a minor repair compared to above but they arrive on time, are excellent at communications and safety (they send a photo of your repairperson so you know who is coming) very personable, yet get the job done so professionally and efficiently. I will NOT use a different plumbing or HVAC company unless these guys change. Can't say enough good things about them"

"The customer service was excellent. They were able to give me a reliable estimate over the phone and scheduled the work to be done very quickly."

"Quick service at an affordable price. They came ontime ans replaced my water heater without any problem. Very professional. Would like to have them at the next opportunity."

"The Water Heater Guys were awesome! You could see they really care about their customers. They came in and diagnosed the problem. We needed a new hot water. They made sure and got everything taken care of for us and had our new hot water heater installed right away. They went above and beyond!! I would definitely recommend them!!"

"They arrived for a repair or replacement and had the replacement water heater already on the truck. They said that based on the symptoms I communicated as well as the age of the existing unit they figured there would need to be a replacement."

"Manuel was wonderful! He analyzed the problem and gave me options. He came on Saturday morning to install the new water heater and couldn't have been nicer or more efficient. The ARS secretaries could take a lesson. They somehow got my phone # and house # wrong! It made for some confusions. Luckily I called them when the serviceman didn't come or call on time. We straightened out the phone # and Manuel had to call me to find the house. Tiny errors make a big difference. Overall, the experience was fine because the service man was so kind and helpful. I will try them again, but check and recheck the details."

"Competitive price. Quick installation. Professional installers and customer service reps. (Installation of new water heater)"

"Said I needed to approach city or county about repair as it was their responsibility (water run-off drain); suggested I might even need to involve the Mayor's Action Committee (implying he didn't think the county/city would "get around" to the job without taking it to the mayor.) "Oh Good!" but probably helpful, knowledgeable advice!"

"The service guy Shane gave us great customer service and fixed the issue in a timely manner."
