"They came out a couple of weeks ago and cleared the drain. I paid to have it cleared at that time. I noticed it was still stopped up the other day so they came back out and actually used a camera to see what the issue was. It was tree roots that needed to be cut. The service person was very clear that they would not warranty the work if they didn’t use a camera. I did not the first time but because they had to come back a second time, we did run the camera. It was disppoonting that I had to pay twice for the work but he was very clear up front so it is my own fault. The service person was very punctual, professional and very good at explaining what he was going to do and very detailed in the results. I would hire them again. I will just be more thoughtful about what I have done."

Next-day service was great and I would recommend them to others. My only complaints are that the plumber left a small tub of dirty water under the sink after he was finished and he could not warranty work done because their scope/camera was in the shop - not dealbreakers for me, and it was worth the cost."

"Two Archer Plumbing plumbers came to my house to unclog a drain in my basement that used to be a toilet, but was now capped off. The cap had shot off because of a clog underground. The men that came called me when they were on their way, and then unclogged the drain by using one of their snake machines. They were both friendly and good natured guys. I had no problems and was satisfied by the end result. They even checked to make sure the clog was gone by running the machine again, and using a bucket to pour water down into the drain. Tony explained to us that this break should have been caught when they were last out and it will be fixed free of charge under their warranty. "Josh arrived the morning after my call for service to unclog my kitchen sink. I had exhausted my efforts by using two different plungers to no avail. I was quoted a reasonable price agreeing to the charge. I just felt it was going to be more of a job than either of us thought. I was correct as Josh snaked and augured the drain pipes without success. Moving to a clean out he worked revealing a grease plug. To move it required air and water pressure and an acceptable price increase. After about four hours, all blockage was moved along and the drain was open. If needing a plumber in the future, Josh will be the first I call."
