I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing water heater replacement or plumbing work!"

"Quick response to an emergency situation. The water heater was replaced at a reasonable price. David spent a great deal of time making sure the old tank was removed carefully even though it was difficult to drain the water because of the large amount of sediment build up. He worked very methodically and made sure the new heater was installed and working properly. Also did a very good job of cleaning up."

"Mark performed the service in a timely manner at his estimate which was $300 less than the next contractor. What else can you ask for?"

"I was able to get an appointment the same day and they were able to figure out the problem. They did a phenomenal job installing my water heater in a timely manner."

"I had no hot water. Joe was in the area. He was kind enough to stop by and take a look at my water heater. Joe, in a matter 20 minutes, was able to analyze what the problem was and fixed it. As opposed to a company that I have been a long standing customer, could not fix after 3 visits. Should I need a new water heater, I will be calling Upstate Custom Remodels."
