"In and out, no mess, efficient and knew the unit"

"Jacob and Tim are amazing. I am writing to share our experience for the job they did with the gas line piping installation and water connection at our home. Tim took extra time to explain the scope of work and provided a clear understandable estimate. ( labor, materials, permits, warranty, payment terms and lastly affordable compared to others). NO upsell of services or get you to join their club. Their quality of work was exceptional, and we were impressed with their professionalism and attention to detail throughout the entire process. It is a relief to have such an important project completed safely and efficiently. We truly appreciate their expertise and will certainly use them again and recommend their services to anyone in need of a skilled plumber."

"Did a awesome job came out on a Sunday and had the problem fixed really quick ."

"cost was very high for simple job of faucet replace and install"

"The individual who came to my house to give me an estimate did an outstanding job explaining everything. Due to the extensive modification that would have been required to install a tankless water heater I replaced the existing water heater in kind. I would not hesitate to hire them for future work."

"He was very professional and a hard worker thanks for everything"

Based on the favorable reviews of other members, I called three providers at noon. Unlike the other two, owner Scott Martin returned my call within 20 minutes even, as I learned later, he was away on vacation. I explained my heater had burst and needed quick replacement. I brought up the possibility of installing a tankless heater. He asked about my household make-up and usage, and advised the extra expense would not be cost-effective. He is a Rennai Tankless dealer/installer! He said he might be able to get a technician available in 2 hours and would call me right back. He did, and we arranged for a 4 pm installation.

His tech, Michael called 15 minutes beforehand reporting a traffic delay and he arrived soon after 4. He was very professional and, working alone,  completed the removal and replacement by 7. He checked the connections, discovered a small leak, and fixed that. We had hot water that evening. Scott did not charge extra for an emergency call that ran over into the evening; and, he applied an additional discount for my having found him through Angie's List!

The next day I discovered another small leak, called Scott and Michael was there and had it fixed by 1 pm.

I can't thank Scott and Michael enough for their responsiveness and professionalism. THAT'S how to run...and grow... a business!

"David called back right away. He gave me a fair price quote for both servicing the water heater and installing a new one. I chose the new installation. He came when he said he would. He was very clean and courteous and came with all the parts and tools to do the job right the first time. within an hour we had our hot water back. I would absolutely recommend Hotco for your water heater needs!"
