"For the first time in years my basement is totally dry after a rainstorm!   What a relief!  After hearing horror stories about digging up foundations and incredibly expensive repairs, I finally got it done.  It turned out to be simple and at $500. affordable. The guy came and injected the crack with a (urethane?) foam.  It oozed out and sealed everything up.  The guy was neat and tidy and finished it up really well. If I painted it you'd never know there was a crack.  Thanks Guys!  I am super pleased!"

"This company is absolutely wonderful beginning with the courtesy when I called to schedule an appointment the first time. Next Jack N who arrived at my home on time and as promised. He provided me estimate for the repair and went over every detail of it with me. When the crew arrived to do the job they were very professional and performed the job as promised. I have a large house that was built in 1902 and was NOT able to find anyone willing to tackle my problem. Acculevel came in and fixed every issue. My house has a tight crawl space but Acculevel was able to replace a beam and the sister joist. In addition provided support and leveled out my floor. "Ken and Alex adjusted the pump and tank and also removed a part from the shower head. Presto: much better pressure. The gurgling was a tougher problem. It turns out the vent stack was clogged with acorns and other stuff. First they tried rodding it with a hand held device. That failed. However, then they dragged a much larger rodder onto the roof (not an easy task), and cleared the clogged vent that way. No more gurgling! They did an excellent job in about 90 minutes total."
