"Shannon arrived promptly at the scheduled time. He was very personable, courteous, and thorough and even developed an immediate relationship with our three big dogs. Shannon is a resident of Maricopa as well as a home owner and very active in our community. It s obvious he takes a great deal of pride in his professionalism and thoroughness. He spent over 3 and one half hours evaluating interior and exterior structures as well as mechanical systems, heating system, plumbing system, grounds and yard, etc. Shannon provided his results in a written report (via PDF format) which we could then forward to our builder. We didn t realize how little we actual knew about our house until Shannon s inspection. All things considered and according to our estimates his visit saved us about $3,000 in potential repairs. We now have the knowledge and comfort of knowing the real condition of our home. We have peace of mind and feel the resale value of our home is secure."

They are qualified contractors and they do an excellent job from the framing to the drywall and paint. They did the remodel in my previous home which was a model home and I couldn’t have been happier with how it turned out. Did a good job, providing 2 layouts to choose from.  Completed design and sent email and snail mail paint and furniture samples in a little over a month from starting the process.  The previous estimate was 2-3 weeks so it wasn't so late.  My only disappointment was the design was not for the complete room.  They told me that the missing area was considered an entry way or hallway and could be designed for an additional fee.  I did not want to pay an additional and accepted their explanation, but on second thought, in my opinion, it isn't really separate.  There is a large archway one-third of the way into the room, but I have never considered it as two separate rooms and no one visiting my home has ever mentioned it.  Every room has an entrance.  I wouldn't call the way to get into a room as a separate room. Other than that, I would say a got a great deal overall.

"I called several companies to come out and provide me estimates for the repairs I needed done. After the consulatations and estimates,  I decided to go with patriot Roofing. The representative, Tim Ehlers was very helpful and friendly and very knowledgeable in the work and repairs I needed to have done. After speaking with Tim, I was confident that the work they were going to do to my home would be done professionally, and in a timely manner. My insurance company tried to deny my claim at first, so I called Tim to advise him of this situation, and he called the insurance company on my behalf. He was able to get all my repairs covered, and he even waived my deductible. Patriot Roofing did an elastomeric roof on my garage, and replaced my clay tile roof with concrete tiles at Tim's advice since the concrete are much more durable. by switching to the concrete tiles ui saved about 20% on my homeowners insyuance too!  I am extememely satisfied with the service and work completed by Patriot Roofing and would definitely reccomend them to all my friends and family.Tim really was an honest guy looking out for our best interest."
