"When my water heater was in need of repair, I called them, they were prompt, courteous and professional. My water heater was 29 years old, no hope of a repair. I was shocked how much it cost to replace it. But I was given several options. I was told there was an issue with my vent, that there was a backdraft. I thought it was a sales pitch, so I found out how to check it my self. It was true, Carbon Monoxide was coming back into my basement. Yiikes. I went with a tankless water heater, mainly because of the warranty. The plumbers we very fast and friendly, it was complete in 5 hours. Inspection was included, of course we passed.
