"They did a very good job with the roof and the addition that came off the house and covered the deck. The only reason I gave them a B rating for quality instead of an A has to do with the finishing touches on the addition. All around the house the soffit fascia is covered in white sheet metal. When they finished the addition, which follows the roof line of the back of the house. They left it with bare, untreated wood. They don't use treated lumber because it reacts with the metal roofing and some corrosion may result. That's fine, but they should have at least covered it so that it tied in with the rest of the roof line. As we did our final inspection, I asked about the wood being treated and he explained why they don't use it. I said " so I guess I'll have to cover it?" He said that I would. I was leaving town on business in a couple days and had a lot going on, so I guess I just didn't think to put my foot down and insist they do it. Here in Mobile, Alabama we are the wettest city in the nation. We get more annual rainfall than Seattle, and it's humid. Wood rot happens.I went and bought some Thompson's Water Seal, and some sheet metal and took care of it myself. I have some pictures, but I don't see how to post them on this review page. The workers were very polite and cleaned up very well each day.

"The roof installation was set to be on Tuesday or Wednesday. However, due to weather it was installed the following Friday. I was not here, but my neighbors told me how quick and efficient the roofers were. Any fallen items were cleaned up prior to their departure. My roof looks amazing."

"This solved a huge issue in our newly purchased home. The crawl space was dank and humid and this seeped into the home, creating an uncomfortable and unpleasant high humidity environment in the house. Redeemers came out, talked through the best solution for our home, and scheduled the service. When install came, they were super professional, hard working and on time. "I had Re-Roofing America do work for me and they did a good job. The reason for the "average" rating is because Angi inserted themselves in the middle of the project, and they added absolutely no value to the project. Ango assigned a Project Manager (PM). Everything they told me was not true and/or did not happen. As a PM for a project, you are suppose to stay on top of the project, and be proactive in making sure project is on schedule. The PM told ReRoofing America was going to call me before job started, wrong. The PM told me told me materials were being brought by Re-Roofing America, wrong. The PM never contacted me before the job making sure everything was on track and never contacted me during the job to see how things were going. The only contact I had was for payment. I recommend Re-Roofing America, but I strongly do not recommend Angi being part of the project. Work with Re-Roofing America directly and tell Angi to stay out of the middle. Things will go much smoother."

"Rep. checked entire system. He found several wires not connected properly and fixed this. He also made recommendations regarding the attachment of the panels to the rood that would provide more stability and leakproofing. The representative appeared to know what he was doing - much better than others, including the representative who was engaged by the roofer (who replaced our rood due to hail damage) to disconnect/connect the panels."
