"My daughter didn't have any hot water in the home that she purchased. Her only source of hot water was through a coil attached to the boiler. This house is very old and no one had ever thought to change out an obsolete system with a hot water heater. Anyway, the coil wasn't heating the water. it did at first, but the warm water only lasted a few minutes. We contacted a lot of plumbers and JMB Plumbing was the only one to call us right away. Jim came out and informed my daughter that the coil system is a terrible system and she should replace it with a hot water heater. So, that's what she did. "I called Scott's plumbing on a tuesday night, told him what was happening and he bought the water heater the next day (wednesday) and he was at my house at 7:20a.m. on thursday and was done at 8:15 in time for me to get to work on time. I did explain to him I had to be in work by 9:30am and he accomodated me. He did excellent work in timely manor and left no mess.
