"James arrived on time and was all around outstanding! He took the time to explain options and the steps he took to check and clean the system. He also explained how to care for the system and prevent cold weather freezing issues. Cost was reasonable. I will contact Henco for any future projects. Thank you James!"

"Zach was very professional and gave us such a great deal. This us his work done. It's installed and just happy to have him do the work and we will call him for any other work needed for upkeep or other plumming. We will also recommend him to others."

"Drained the water heater of sediment to keep the water from running brown out of the bathroom tap. Continued to have issues, although not as bad as before. It appears to be getting better. Also dragged mud in from boots on new carpet. They apologized and attempted to clean up afterwards. At the end of it all I would only recommend them if time and availability of other providers are not an option."

"I submitted a request for estimates on angi. Mr rooter called me within a minute of my submission. Someone came out to give a free estimate, then was able to replace my outdoor water spout on the spot. All was completed in less than an hour from my angi request!"

"Thank you for your prompt service and your amazing customer service. Pleasant and very efficient to work with."

"the first technician installed a new coil, but didn't check the rest of the air conditioner. When the repaired system went back online, we noticed some significant water pooling in the garage. When they sent out their master technician, he diagnosed the problem quickly, applied what we already had paid (for repairs) to a new system, and got it up and running in a day."

"Wanted to charge me 600$ just to replace a shower faucet cartridge. So I paid the 100$ appointment fee and had them tell me the part number so i could order it off amazon for 30$ and replace it myself. I already did the disassembly of the faucet myself and they still wanted to charge me 600$ for 10 min replacement"

"Adelmo did wonderful work. I had a problem with my toilet, the fill valve needed to be replaced and I had difficulty connecting the water supply line. Adelmo had to go to a plumbing supply shop for some parts but returned and quickly repaired the toilet. He constantly kept me informed on when he would arrive and return. His fee was reasonable and I would definitely use this company again if I had plumbing needs."

"Quick service! Got a quote and repair same day."

"Responded quickly to my call and then were able to schedule my small repair within a time window that worked for my new floor installation and getting our house put back together. Definitely recommend!"
