"James was very nice and professional. He was very punctual anf informed. He told me that there may be a spot that needs to be redone and they would come back. I called and sent pictures. Talk to owner Marc and was like he would be coming out thr following week. Nonetheless never head back. Money down the drain. I've called several times and now not answering my call."

"While performing two small repair jobs, they discovered a much more serious problem, a pipe leaking into the basement, which had been going on unnoticed for a long time. They were able to return the following day and make the repair. I was extremely impressed with their professionalism, the quality of their work, and their pleasant dispositions. The jobs were done quickly and the cleanup was thorough. I will absolutely call Mayo Plumbing again if I have a problem, small or large."

"They could have completed the job completely. They took pieces of it apart but they did not put those back together. I had the son of the maintenance guy put them back together. I'm just complaining about the completion of the whole job but the quality, workmanship, and everything were fine."
