"Our furnace wasn't working one evening and they came out after hours to help troubleshoot the problem. He gave us the option to pay a warehouse opening fee and have it fixed that night or do it first thing when they opened in the morning. He also identified some other issues with our furnace that was hurting efficiency that he fixed while he was there. Great service and will definitely call them again with any HVAC problems I have."

"I found Albert with Done Right online and ask him and several other HVAC contractors to provide bids for a new furnace and air conditioner. Upon meeting with Albert I found hil very friendly, straightforward and knowledgeable. He provided the best price and also help me find out what credits were available. I had Albert and other contractors provide bids for a basic system and a high efficiency to compare specifications and costs. I decided to soend the extra money and go with the high efficiency system. Installing the high efficiency system required Albert and I working together to figure out the best way to run the duct which was rather complicated but together we figured out how to do it and minimize cutting holes in the drywall. He and his two associates installed the system in two days. Both of his associates where both great knowledge and friendly guys I would definitely use Albert and his team again and highly recommend him. Such good guys to work with!"

"They contacted me right away and set up a very quick appointment. He gave me an estimate of the cleaning I would need. They gave me an appointment window, contacted me early, because he was running early, to let me know he was on his way and how long it would take for him to get here. He even offered to bring me a coffee or tea! After we talked about the trouble we have been having with our fireplace he laid out a tarp and started cleaning and checking for the problem. After he found the problem, he explained my problem and my options for repair. As well as the cost options. I chose what would work and he gave me an estimate of how long it would take. After he completed the repairs he showed me how everything worked and how to shut off the gas, because I did not know how to do that before. He cleaned up and was very, very courteous! So hard to find good customer service these days and someone who takes pride in their work. The fireplace looks awesome!"
