We require 25% down payment at the beginning of the job with payment increments of 25% as the job progresses. All add work orders will be in writing. We are fully licensed, insured and bonded. At least 20 % of all costs are paid upfront by the client, 60% is paid before the drywall process and 20% is paid before completion of the job. Any problems experienced within 30 days of the job are corrected free of charge. Longer term warranties are available on some services.
