"Steady drip from shower. They tried to make the existing valve work but had to replace it. Turned water on and verified no leakage from new valve or shower head. Noticed my shower mat was folded so they would step on the back of it to access the shower. Little thoughtfulness like that goes a long way with me. Highly recommend."

"BFW completed our annual service on our tankless water heater. This included a small follow up repair. They did an excellent job. They were very responsive to our requests and the service/repair was completed quickly. The technician was awesome. Polite and professional and knowledgeable on the unit. I would recommend BFW and the technician."

"I  called Scott at The Water Heater Experts on a Saturday when our water heater suddenly stopped working.  I left a message, and he returned the call very promptly.  He explained that they were fully booked through Tuesday, but that their policy is to return all calls and attempt to provide direction.  He spent 15+ minutes on the phone with me and my husband going over details about our water heater and troubleshooting.  He advised that we try to unplug and restart the unit.  It worked!!!  There is no doubt who we will call when we need to service or replace our water heater in the future.  What a pleasure!!!  A+++++++
