"I have been doing business with them for a couple of years now. They have always been responsive and show up when I call them out. They schedule your appointment within a time frame, but the technician does call before coming. With the contract, if you ever have an emergency, they put you at the top of the list. They also offer a discount on any repairs and come out twice a year to check the heating and air conditioning unit. I initially hired them for electrical and plumbing services when I needed a dishwashers installed into the home I had moved into. I chose them because they can complete all the work themselves instead of having to hire several other companies or subcontractors.
