Even after eventually sending experienced plumbers who fixed the unit, the installed tankless heater does not qualify for the Energy Star tax credit, which was the primary reason for choosing it. A complete waste of time, energy, and money. Absolutely do not hire them!"

Strange blubbing sounds in our basement bathroom and a then a clog that caused a back up in the laundry room were clues. Fernando investigated and able to figure out exactly what was happening and what to do to fix it. He was able to schedule the work when we would be out of the house so the water could be off for a couple days. He is a trustworthy and kind friend as well as our plumber. I would recommend him if you have a plumbing problem."
