The price was the price no upselling or weird business they carefully did the job I'm very happy boss lady is very happy which is very important. I left out the money details intentionally because it's subjective to what your budget is and who wants to pay what. I will say this I've used services that gave a better price in the past and regretted it You're going to have the HVAC and water heater a lot longer than they're going to have the money so you want it done right. Not that you should break yourself but there has to be a happy medium because getting it done twice is way more expensive..."

"Fred was a nice guy and very knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose and fix the problem (my bathtub faucet was leaking). I thought it would be as simple a changing a washer or something like that. But apparently the pipes were old and needed updating and the faucet fixture needed to be replaced. He charged $600, which I thought was a bit expensive. But I don't know the going rate for that kind of work. He was done in less than 2 hours and left a huge mess of red dust behind (that took me hours to clean). But the job is done and I'm happy with it. I'd recommend him."
