He immediately tried to help me over the phone. When that wasn't feasible he offered to come over to address my issue. He quickly fixed the problem with the water heater and explained everything to me as well as advice on what to watch out for in the future. He also provided me some guidance on my heating to unit ensure what to look for when replacing filters.
