"It went very well. When removing the old floor tiles, they found considerable damage to the sub floor. Mike showed us ans explained how he would replace it. It required extra labor. Also, when the work was completed, Mike tested the faucet in the new sink and discovered a leak. This was at the end of a 10-hour day. I appreciated the fat that he stayed and made sure the work and Ray did was to our satisfaction. They also custom-fit the vanity for us, which required adding pieces to the sides and the bottom. "First, a word or two on Carlos:  a genuinely great guy, who is up front on cost and very knowledgeable about his line of work. 
We had about a one inch gap under our kitchen sink that grew steadily since we moved in to our newly built home.  It seems the builder, or the sub who performed the work, fitted the pipes incorrectly.  Over time, the improper alignments began to reveal itself and water began to fall unto the cabinet bottom.  Carlos identfied the issue right away.  Within an hour or so, all of the pipes were replaced.  Originally, the cost was 225.00, but Carlos was kind enough to ask where I found his services.  When I responded with Angie's List, and without hesitation, he gave the me advertised discount.

"Well overall. Tub and tiles look new. We chose basic white and looks much better. Also caulked and touched up tile where needed. Agreed without complaint to replace new shower faucet handle that was discolored/tarnished by the process. We were happy overall. Staff was very friendly and easy to work with to schedule the work as well. Only minor complaint was when they put large hose out window of bedroom onto deck to vent fumes and paint residue, a fair amount of white residue was left on deck railings, which was not cleaned up, and we did not notice it until several days later.
