"David replaced our old water heater with an efficient heater that saved us hundreds of dollars. He was friendly and very respectful as he explained our issue and how he would solve it. Ps. David also removed our old water heater with no problem. He did the entire job in a timely manner."

"Chris was incredibly responsive. He actually came to the house on a Saturday to see the hot water heater. I thought it was leaking and had to be replaced, but he pointed out it was the expansion tank partially relieving and he did a maintenance on the heater rather than take an opportunity to install a new tank-about a $6000 job. Talk about integrity!!!!"

"Barbara was phenomenal. A true professional dedicated to her craft and excellent customer service. We had a custom toilet that stopped working, and a leaky faucet in the same bathroom. She reached out right away after requesting a quote through Angi, and she came the same day. At first she told us that the toilet required a part she’d have to order, and after fiddling with the faucet, recommended the 15 year-old fixture be replaced. I offered to purchase it from Home Depot or Lowe’s she agreed to come back to replace the old one and install it in 3 days. After she left, she called me back and asked if she can return because she figured out how she could try to fix the toilet with existing parts she had in her truck. She did it. The toilet is functioning better than it did before the problems began! She then returned 3 days later as promised to replace the bathroom faucet, a complicated project because of the cabinet structure that she stuck with and skillfully completed. On a personal note. We bonded once I asked about the name of the company, which her father, who founded the company, named after his Navy ship. My dad also served in the Navy. Barbara kept me regularly posted about when she’d arrive and the progress of the work. She was true to her word. I’d gladly paid her for her excellent work."

"Mr Bell will explain everything in detail. I'm very satisfied with the Replacement Furnace done quickly and efficiently area clean. By qualified staff."

"I was on the fence in replacing my water heater. I decided to get some quotes from plumbers. I came across Reliable Plumbing. I read their customer reviews, which were highly favorable. Then I spoke to Jerry. Which was like talking to an old friend. Jerry's honesty and professionalism won me over. Paul the plumber came 2 days later, did a great job. Paul was professional. Pollite and explained everything to me. I was extremely happy with the price, the service and the honesty. I will be using Reliable Plumbing going forward"

"Kevin was great! The rest of the company not so much. Kevin diagnosed the problem immediately as the thermostat, had a replacement in the truck, and completed the installation of the new unit quickly. He showed me how to program the updated version, and everything seemed to be fine - until the next morning. Turned out the replacement was defective. When I called, I was told that they might not be able to get back to me that day, but Kevin interrupted his schedule to come back and put in a new (and working) unit at no charge."

"Excellent Plumbing was fantastic - he installed a new faucet, vanity, and water filter for me. Super punctual, really professional, very communicative, and paid close attention to detail. Everything's working great. What really stood out was Joe's dedication. He came back to check on the work and found an unrelated issue with my kitchen sink (which was already there). He gave me some great tips on how to fix it. I highly recommend Joe and Excellent Plumbing & Heating for any plumbing work. He's super skilled and has awesome customer service."

"I had a great experience with Premier HVAC replacing my old and leaking water heater. I was impressed that they were able to respond quickly and start working on the same day as my call, especially given the severely cold weather and other plumbers being busy replacing freezing pipes. The plumber was able to work with my very tight kitchen space and narrow hallways, and without having to remove the countertop in my kitchen. I am satisfied with the installation and would definitely consider Premier HVAC for future plumbing needs."

"Jim was amazing... he got back to me right away ... He came and installed a new hot water heater the next day. Came in cheaper than a lot of local people and did a great job"

"Our home central air conditioning system needed to be replaced. After reviewing and getting estimates from several companies, we decided, due to their outstanding reviews, to use Varsity Home Service to replace our entire central air conditioning system. There is no question that we made the right choice to use this company. From the pleasant attitude of the receptionist to the sales people and technical support, they showed concern as to what system would be best for our needs without pressure to upsell items. They came to our house on time and evaluated our house and made recommendations as to what they felt was the appropriate replacement system to satisfy our needs. Everyone we dealt with made our experience a most pleasant one, explained what we needed and helped us make the right decision regarding the system that would be best for us. Their estimate and cost for the system we chose was competitive. After making the decision to use their services, they came on time, the technicians were knowledgeable and efficient in replacing our system, they answered all questions to our satisfaction, explained an reviewed the function of the system, tested out the system, and they removed all debris and the old system from the premises. The following people were outstanding to deal with and helpful in guiding us to use their company and services (Anna Cinquemani, Depree Weeks, Eric, Mario Castro, Matthew Accattato, Ryan Kierych, Ryan Oâ Malley, and Santiago Ocassio as well as several others) everyone that I dealt with in the company was pleasant, concerned, knowledgeable, receptive, and efficient. There is no question that I would recommend to anyone who needed air conditioning services, installation, or replacement that they use Varsity Home Service."
